| 5 . | I understand and agree that Anandi Vivah Kendra is against dowry or any other financial exchange other than suggesting suitable venues and that Anandi Vivah will not be responsible for any fraud committed by or on behalf of the suitable venues. |
| 6 . | I am aware and agree that Anandi Vivah Kendra works to suggest suitable venues to registered persons, for which any service fee charged is non-refundable. |
| 7 . | I understand and agree that the responsibility of the Anandi Vivah Kendra will remain with the service of the Anandi Vivah Kendra until the bride and groom consent to the marriage. |
| 8 . | If my marriage or the marriage of the bride/groom registered by me is arranged by any establishment or person other than the Anandi Vivah Kendra, I have no right to claim back the service fee charged by the Anandi Vivah Kendra and I will not claim that service fee again. Also, if the marriage is arranged from another place, it is my obligation to inform the Anandi Vivah Kendra about the matter and I agree that this is the case. |
| 9. | If you do not share information and photos at your own risk, and do not exchange any financial information, the Happy Marriage Center will not be responsible. |
| 10. | I agree to all the terms and conditions of Anandi Vivah Kendra and I am committed to complying with them. |

| 3 . | आनंदी विवाह केंद्र अनुरूप वधू आणि वर म्हणजेच स्थळे सुचविण्याची सेवा देणारी संस्था असून यापलीकडे किंवा या पेक्षा वेगळी अशी कुठलीही सेवा आनंदी विवाह केंद्राकडून दिली जात नाही याची मला माहिती असून हे मला मान्य आहे. |
| 4 . | मी आनंदी विवाह केंद्राला दिलेली सर्व माहिती आनंदी विवाह अनुरूप स्थळांना पुरवू शकतात, त्यांच्या वेबसाईटवर प्रकाशित करू शकतात अथवा इतर माध्यमांद्वारे एक अथवा अनेकांना पुरवू शकतात याच मला जाणिव असून त्यासाठी माझी परवानगी आहे. |
| 5 . | आनंदी विवाह केंद्र अनुरूप स्थळ सुचविण्या व्यतिरिक्त हुंडा अथवा इतर कुठल्याही आर्थिक देवाण-घेवाणीच्या विरोधात असून अनुरूप स्थळांची अथवा त्यांच्या वतीने कुणीही काही आर्थिक देवाण-घेवाण केल्यास झालेल्या फसवणुकीची आनंदी विवाह या संस्थेचा संबंध नसेल याची मला कल्पना असून हे मला मान्य आहे. |
| 6 . | आनंदी विवाह केंद्र नोंदणीकृत व्यक्तींना अनुरूप स्थळे सुचविण्याचे काम करते, यासाठी जे काही सेवा शुल्क घेतले जाते ते ना परत शुल्क आहे याचा मला जाणीव असून ते मला मान्य आहे. |
| 7 . | आनंदी विवाह केंद्राच्या सेवेमध्ये वधू आणि वर यांचा लग्नासाठी संमती मिळेपर्यंतच आनंदी विवाह केंद्राची जबाबदारी राहील याची मला माहिती असून हे मला मान्य आहे. |
| 8 . | आनंदी विवाह केंद्र व्यतिरिक्त इतर अस्थापना अथवा व्यक्तीकडून माझे अथवा मी नोंदणी केलेल्या वधू/वरचे लग्न जमल्यास आनंदी विवाह केंद्राने आकारलेले सेवा शुल्क मला परत मागण्याचा अधिकार नाही आणि मी ते सेवा शुल्क पुन्हा मागणार नाही तसेच इतर ठिकाणावरून लग्न जमल्यास आनंदी विवाह केंद्राला सदर गोष्टीची कल्पना देणे माझ्यावर बंधनकारक असून हे मला मान्य आहे. |
| 9. | माहिती व फोटो स्वतःच्या जबाबदारीने शेअर करणे, तसेच आर्थिक कुठल्याही प्रकारची देवाण घेवाण करू नये तसे केल्यास आनंदी विवाह केंद्राची जबाबदारी राहणार नाही. |
| 10. | आनंदी विवाह केंद्र यांच्या सर्व नियम व अटी मला मान्य असून त्यांचे पालन करण्यास मी कटीबद्ध आहे. |
| 11 . | आनंदी विवाह केंद्राची सर्व सेवांविषयी मला माहिती असून, या सर्व सेवांच्या नियम व अटी मला मान्य आहेत. |
